The true magic of camp does not come from its facilities, it comes from its people. The core of a successful summer for anyone, camper or staff, is a feeling of belonging and being a valued member of the team - on a bunk level, unit level, and camp-wide level. In this track, you will learn about how to build a sense of team and family. You will walk out of these sessions with a treasure trove of ice breakers, team games, and a passion to make it happen!
